NOTE: We don't do refunds if the buyer returns a parcel to an incorrect return address or products are returned in a bad condition without providing necessary information and contacting Support Team via email first.

In the following cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.

a) Returning your item with non-quality problems (such as ordering wrong models, no need, etc) for a refund.

b) Buyer wants to cancel the order that has been shipped out.

c) Coupon code is expired.


Note: Your products might be sent out separately if you ordered several items together and the products currently in stock may be stored in different warehouses.

Note: Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-2 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".

Note: If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you have not received the package, please notify us within 30 days (according to the logistics website) after the package is delivered. Over time, we may charge additional fees.

Shipping areas

Only shipping to US except Alaska, Hawaii, Guam GU, American Samoa,Northern Mariana  Islands,Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

Warehouse locations

We have warehouses in CA, MD, and TX. We will choose the closest warehouse to you to make the shipment. But, some products may be out of stock in the closest warehouse, we will arrange your products from other warehouses.

International shipping

We are sorry that the international shipping service is not supported for the time being.

COVID-19 Shipment Upgrade Notice:

During the outbreak, it may take longer than usual for the post office to process your package, and the tracking info may not be updated for a while.
