Generally, all of our Morefilter products have a 30 days money-back guaranteed from the receipt of original order. If your product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to send an email to and to let us know what we can do to help you.

Please send the following information and photos to Morefilter Support Team and kindly be advised that your return or exchange must meet the following criteria in order for us to process it:

a) Original conditions with all accessories, including manuals, warranty registration, etc.

b) Order number and the receipt or proof of purchase.

c) Photos showing the complete product in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging must be attached via email.

d)Photos of the label showing the model of your refrigerator.

Once we receive your email, we will take 1-3 working days to review it, we will notify you after. Please be sure to check your junk/spam.

If your order meets the following criteria, we will provide you return address. Once we receive the parcel and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. You need to pay for your shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item with non-quality problems (such as ordering wrong models, no need, etc). The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

3. If the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

4. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. We'll not issue the refund if you return your item to the incorrect return address or products returned in a bad condition.

6. We are only able to issue a refund to the original account of purchase for the order. If you paid with your Paypal, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account.

If you paid with your card, please allow up to 7-14 business days for the bank to update the charge on your bank statement.
